PERE近日发布了全球前50位私募股权基金的排行版，不看不知道，一看吓一跳，美帝厉害得不是一点点，前50名里居然44个都是美国公司。这从一方面证明美国佬实力强加上会忽悠，另一方面也证明机构投资者对于美国资产的偏好，其直接导致欧洲私募基金募资的下降（2014年前50排名里有14家投资专注于非美市场投资，其中有4家是欧洲企业，而今年仅有2家）。
这份榜单是根据各家公司在近5年所募资金总额来分配名次（注意仅仅是计算Value-added和Opportunistic类型的基金融资额，不包括core或core-plus及FOF等非直接投资房地产的融资金额）。不出意料，黑石集团还是居于榜首，他们从2010年1月1日至2015年3月底(所有上榜企业的样本期)共融资超过46,300个BILLION USD，注意是BILLION。这样的融资额已经超过某些77个国家GDP的总和，而且预计未来几年里也不会有人超过他，因为他领先第二名实在太多太多，第二名StarwoodCapital是14,604个Billion。今年，世界顶级私募股权机构所募资金已经达到2,240亿美元，超过2014年的1,765亿美元，增长27%。
亚洲基金里PAG和GAW Capital和2014年相比都呈下降趋势，而GLP上升10位，至第4位。

Welcome to the PERE 50, our list of the world’s biggest private equity real estate firms.
The PERE 50 ranks the top private equity real estate firms by the amount of capital raised over a five-year period. This year, capital raised by the world’s leading private equity real estate firms has grown to $224 billion from $176.5 billion in 2014, a 27 percent increase.
Also,this year, the PERE 50 includes just six non-US private equity real estate firms as institutional investors continue to accept riskier strategies in order to keep committing capital stateside.
Though European real estate investments have been regarded as a priority for many institutional investors, the continued popularity of US investment strategies has resulted in a drop of European private equity firms in this year’s ranking.In 2014, 13 non-US strategies were in the top 50 and four of these were Europebased; now just two European firms make the top 50.
